Happy birthday Jack Thomas !!!

Today is my stepsons birthday ... He's 8 and I have known him for over half his life. It's amazing to me how fast they grow up.... We had an amazing little party.. Full of cake, gifts, pool fun, pizza and yoga !!!  My SIL and her hubby ( Kristen and uncle Joel) are here with the kids to celebrate. It was a ton of fun.  

Jack said it was his best birthday ever. I am sure that kids always say that...

Light on life....

"I want to live each moment of my life fully aware and fully alive. Not just breathing but really taking in each breath and feeling the cooling sensations. I want to forever feel the prana flow through me as it grounds me. I want my love for life and all things to radiate out of me like sun beams hitting my shoulders at the beach. I want to be one with all and united. This my friends would be my ideal life. Looks like I am living it. So,lets all live it up."
